Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of products from CablesX ("we", "us"), a phone-accessories retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

CablesX sells genuine Apple-branded accessories. Contact: support@cablesx.com or WhatsApp +971 56 898 8856.

2. Independence from Apple

CablesX is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, MagSafe and USB-C Charge Cable are trademarks of Apple Inc. We use these names only to identify the genuine products we resell.

3. Products

• All products are sold new and sealed in their original retail packaging.
• Product images, 3D illustrations and colours are for presentation and may differ slightly from the item supplied.
• Stock is limited and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders

• An order placed through this website or WhatsApp is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock is unavailable, a price is shown in error, or we cannot verify delivery details. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
• Minimum order quantities apply to some products (single cables are sold in multiples of five). Quantities are shown on each product.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• The price shown at the time we confirm your order is the price you pay. Advertised discounts are calculated against our normal selling price.
• We accept cash on delivery and, where offered, card payment through a secure third-party payment page. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

• We deliver across all seven Emirates, normally on the next day after order confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed.
• Please inspect your order on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023) and its Executive Regulations. Where these terms conflict with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.

8. Our liability

Subject to section 7, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or loss of data.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content or branding for your own commercial use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first at support@cablesx.com — we would much rather put it right ourselves.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
